Not every face needs the same facial. A customized facial starts with a proper look at your skin and is built around what it needs on the day: deeper cleansing, hydration, brightening, calming or firming. You get one treatment designed for you instead of a menu item that suits someone else.

Most facial menus ask you to choose before anyone has looked at your skin. That is the wrong way round. Skin changes with the season, with stress, with what you have been using at home, and two people asking for a “glow facial” can need completely different things.
A customized facial at Le-Pelle starts with an assessment by your licensed esthetician. We look at congestion, hydration, sensitivity, tone and texture, and ask about your routine. Then we build the treatment from the steps and actives that suit your skin that day. That might draw on the methods behind our Deep Clean Facial, Hydrating Facial, Glow Facial or Anti-Aging Facial, with exfoliation such as hydrodermabrasion where your skin is ready for it.
The honest part: a customized facial improves how your skin looks and feels at the surface. If what is bothering you is active acne, pigmentation or loss of firmness, we will tell you, and point you to the treatment built for it, such as our Acne Facial, pigmentation treatments, micro nano needling or RF skin tightening.
Every step is chosen after we have looked at your skin, not before.
Dry or tight skin is rebalanced so it feels comfortable again.
Dull surface build-up is cleared so skin looks fresher.
Reactive skin gets a calmer version, not a standard treatment toned down.
Most people go straight back to their day.
You leave knowing what your skin needs at home and what to book next, if anything.
Start with a free consultation and we map out the plan that suits your goals.
Your appointment starts with an assessment and a conversation about your skin and routine. Your licensed esthetician then builds the treatment around what they find: cleansing, exfoliation suited to your skin, actives chosen for your concerns, and a finish with hydration and protection. You leave with simple advice for home, because that is where most of the result is kept.
There is little to no downtime. Your skin may look a little flushed for an hour or two and usually looks its best a few days later. A single facial is a good day for your skin; regular ones, together with daily sunscreen and a sensible routine, are what change its condition over time.
It is a facial built around your skin on the day of your appointment. Your esthetician assesses your skin first, then chooses the cleansing, exfoliation, actives and finishing steps that suit it, instead of following one fixed routine for everyone.
Our other facials are each designed around one goal, such as hydration, deep cleansing or anti-aging. A customized facial combines what your skin needs when you have more than one concern, or when you are not sure which facial to choose.
Yes. Because it is built after an assessment, reactive skin gets gentler steps and calming actives rather than a standard treatment. Tell us about anything that has irritated your skin before.
It can help skin look clearer and more even, but active acne and stubborn pigmentation usually need a dedicated treatment plan. If that is your main concern, we will recommend our Acne Facial or pigmentation treatments instead.
Regular facials do more than occasional ones. We will suggest a realistic schedule once we have seen your skin, rather than quoting a number that may not apply to you.
Little to none. Skin can look slightly flushed for an hour or two. If you have an event, book a few days ahead rather than on the day.
